Very good tasting beef skewers and fried beef with paprika. Tell them to ensure they are done RARE so that they come almost well done and juicy (Myanmar chefs find it hard to belief you don't want your meat anything less than overdone, dry, hard and dark browned to black.Oh, and MAKE SURE to tell them not to marinate the beef in sand. It comes with sand.

Great place to.party in Myitkhina fantastic food including chips excellent giant portions of fish and mind-blowing fried rice. Drinks bar and cocktails and cool winds even on hot days beside the river in a choice of welldesigned private open air huts.
